This is activated by a remote control. When you press the remote control, Incred-a-ball spins around in all directions as if possessed. Take Incred-a-Ball with you in your caddy and when you suspect your fellow player of reporting fewer strokes or faking his handicap, swap his ball for Incred-a-ball to teach him a lesson.
