Great durable toy for our kids December 29, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
We have 2 little ones who both like in the night garden, one is 10 months and the other 2 1/2. They have great fun with this set acting out parts of in the night garden and making up stories. Ok, it is expensive for what you get, but then which branded toys from tv programs aren't? Our kids love this set and play with it almost every day so for the amount of fun they've had out of it then it has been a total bargain.
My little one seems to like them... December 13, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
A bit overpriced, I agree. However, my 2 year old (who is a massive fan of itng) loves these figures and while the talking Iggle Piggle is often left abandoned in the toy basket these figures seem to feature in a lot of play. They encourage imaginative play and she often brings one or two along when we go out. Not much to them, and to the adult eye not particularly exciting, but my little girl has been very happy with them.
Great toy!!!!!!!!!!!!! December 7, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
All the children in my family have LOVED figures like these and have spend endless hours talking to them, making them fall down, sitting them in toy chairs, making them go down shutes, putting them to bed etc etc etc etc etc.
If you think this is a bad toy you have lost the imagination of a child.
They are small - fits into dolls houses, pockets and little hands. They go in the bath, are easy to clean and can cope with almost anything. There are no parts that can fall off
A must buy for In The Nightgarden fans
solid plastic characters for imaginative fun September 15, 2007 34 out of 34 found this review helpful
My daughter had this for her 3rd birthday recently and is really enjoying playing with the little characters. She also had the ninky nonk, which was rubbish - exactly as described in the reviews. But she enjoys playing with little solid plastic characters and has a number of different groups from her favourite tv shows - Fimbles, Teletubbies etc, as well as dinosaurs, cars and animals. She likes to act out stories with them and talk to them, so for her they are imaginative toys. For a child who plays like this and is a Night Garden fan, I'd say this was a credible toy.
A CHRISTMAS CRACKER TOY IS BETTER THAN THESE!!!! September 13, 2007 22 out of 24 found this review helpful
Recently bought these I wish I didn't they are so cheaply made that I personally think a Christmas Cracker toy is better quailty. The designers really need to sit around the table and sort this out every toy I have bought has been very poor. Until the problem is sorted I will not be buying any more which is a real shame when it is for your young children.
