Good design but bad build quality May 6, 2008

We bought this baby video monitoring system and found good user reviews on the web. The monitor is small but sufficient to monitor your baby. Most users complained about colour rendering and nightvision. We found our monitor broke down after just 1.5 years of use. The colour rendering was inexistent. Nightvision was monochrome but sharp. Electromagnetic interference was significant, even from simple household items such as a microwave and mobile phones.
Conclusion: avoid buying - there's better quality out there.
