Memory card is rated Class 2 for speed and performance based on SD 2.0 specifications.The SDHC memory card is a highly secure stamp-sized flash memory card, which can be used in a variety of digital products: digital music players, cellular phones, handheld PCs (HPCs), digital cameras, digital video camcorders, smart phones, car navigation systems and electronic books, that follows the SD 2.00 specifications. The SDHC card has a security feature for protection of copyrighted data. What is SDHC? To support the higher capacity needs, SD cards are now requiring a different design. The new SD 2.0 specifications - which supports 4GB and up - is called Secure Digital High Capacity(SDHC). The SD Association has created and defined 3 speed classes to help you identify speed and performance capabilities/minimum requirements of SDHC cards and their SDHC host products.  Perfect for what I wanted them for December 3, 2008
I first bought 2 of these, and made sure they worked in my Toshiba Hi Def Camcorder; no problem. It does have a 40 Gb hard drive in it, but I wanted some extra capacity in case I filled the hard drive on my holiday next February. Amazon then had an offer of a combined price for one of these 8Gb cards and a USB reader, so I purchased this also. Once again no problem with either item. I will test all 3 again before I go away; just in case !

Fantastic value. Works in my new Samsung S1070 camera.

Great card! working 100% fine with my Nikon D80. It is not super super fast... but it is quite fast than other 3rd party or low cost cards.
No issues taking pictures. No Errors.
You might need to upgrade your card reader. I am using direct cable from my camera to PC.
Will recomm.

I have tried the card in two computer,a laptop and three cameras,I have used this comapny before and waited two weeks for delivery to find it didn't work. This is the second time this has happened I will not buy here again.

I received this card in good condition and 3 days early that estimated delivery....eventhough made in china but nothing problem with it....
