A good product for a short time. Mine lasted about 12 months and then I started having poor connection problems, lack of dialling tone, crackles on the line, drop outs during conversations etc. Line checked out OK. Given its BT branding I expected better.

I disagree with the reviewer who disliked the ring tones on this phone. I've been trying *lots* of different phones lately and this one has quite tolerable ring tones compared to others that are out there. But the problem with this phone is that it has a list of recent calls, together with a blinking light, which can't be turned off. This is because it was designed to be used with BT's subscription voice mail system. But if you don't have a subscription voice mail, and you also have several phones sharing one line (as is the case in my apartment), this feature is annoying since every time you come home, the light is blinking, and in order to stop it blinking you must scroll through all the recent calls and select "delete all".
