Very Pleased. October 31, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought two of these cards one for my camera and one for my digital photo frame. I placed one card in my pc and to my surprise windows vista asked to use it for readyboost so i left it in the pc and iv now ordered two more. As for the postage complaints these cards would cost around 20 on the high street so at 3.70 each there a steal.
Cannot be faulted at the price October 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Not in original packaging so probably not a real SanDisk but purchased in all innocence. Remarkable price though and makes a great addition to my TomTom.
Sandisk 2GB Digicard October 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
For the money, these cards are great! At less than 2 quid each, they are almost disposable! Easy to use. Idiot proof item.
Excellent Value SD card October 15, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Last month whilst preparing for a holiday to New York I realised that my digital camera's current 256mb card might not be large enough. Having only realised this 2 days prior to leaving I need to get hold of a larger card fast. After wandering around town I was not prepared to pay 15 odd quid some shops wanted so I turned to Amazon. 3.92 is a bargain! Some people complain about Amazon's delivery costs but as a Prime member I get free next day delivery for 49 a year (well worth the money as this would have been 5.01!) The card itself is as easy to use as you'd expect, stick it in the camera and away you go. Transfer rate is quick and it'll hold hundreds of photos. So after a load of flannel, what I am basically saying is that card does it's job very well and is a bargain at 3.92. Don't let yourself get ripped off at high street stores.
Rip off charges September 22, 2008 15 out of 19 found this review helpful
I was poised to buy this card but when I got to the checkout, I saw that the postage charge was 2 for 1 card. Adding 1 more card added another 2 to the final bill. It's a real shame because I have no doubt that the cards themselves are very good value.
So Amazon, when are you going to stop traders ripping off buyers with ridiculous postage charges. Also, quite 'mysteriously', the final total is not shown until after adding payment details with just one more button to press to confirm the purchase. How very convenient and unfair, hiding the postage charges until the very end. I wonder how many customers have hit the last 'confirm transaction' button without noticing these 'hidden' charges.
Fancy advertising cheap cards, then stinging customers at the end. A 'sprat to catch a mackerel' perhaps? Certainly not the best way for a reputable company like yourselves to act!
I will stop buying from Amazon until something is done about this. Despite countless on-going complaints, I see you are still continuing to let some traders rip us off.
Amazon, this is not the way to treat your loyal customers! You are a 1st class company, don't let yourselves be knocked down by accepting sales from traders who rip off customers in this way
