This is actually my son's board, but I'm using this at home floor and the "carve radius" is amazingly small. A true dancer equipment.

My son is only 7 so I got him the compact Ripster.It wasn't easy at first but after watching the DVD inclosed he soon got going.Much better than your typical Skateboard.

Purchased what we thought was a RipStik Ripster, as in photo, as in the description, and for a fab price ... but was sent a much cheaper alternative, so really quite disappointed. However, company did say they would accept return, but on reviewing prices, all had gone up, even the next price up from what we had got. So, being stuck between a rock and a hard place, decided to keep the 'RipStick' and not the better quality RipStik what we had expected to arrive. Company said we were sent it as they had sold out of the original, but it would have been nice to have had a communication, email/phone call to say they were unable to supply what had been ordered!

This is a really cool product. Purchased two at christmas, one for my son and one for my nephew aged 7 and 11. They are having great fun learning how to use it, and the DVD that comes with the product has some excellent tips on how to get going. I will say though it's not easy. With only two wheels, a sence of balance is an absolute must, but it didn't take the boys long to master it. Saftey gear is also a must!!!!
Overall I think this product is great and at such a great price too. Cheapest I could find anywhere with most places retailing it at 3 times as much. Also Amazon delivered super fast. Fab. Thanks Amazon!!!
