Really nice generic book February 17, 2010 Ethan's Mom (An American in England) This is a really nice generic book with a ton of pages. I keep it in my nappy bag for when we're out and about.
Colouring Fun January 18, 2010 T. Capell (UK) I only really bought this because I wanted to introduce creative play to my 14 month old son and I needed something to go with the crayons and pencils that I'd bought for him. He hasn't really had a go yet, but at a glance, the pictures are big and bold with plenty of designs to create some artistic inspiration.
Obviously the book won't last long with a baby/toddler in charge, however it will provide mummy with plenty of enjoyment because she likes colouring!
I'm hoping that if I start teaching early then the wallpaper might be saved in later months!!
Does what it says on the tin. December 21, 2009 Jenny (N.Yorks, England) This is an A4 sized colouring book, I primarily bought because it said gigantic and is made by Crayola, who have a fantastic reputation. There's nothing wrong with it, but to be fair, I could've bought the exact same thing from the local pound shop. But then it wasn't for me (no, really it isn't) and my 2yr old nephew really enjoyed it. Not quite the quality ie quality of paper, I would've expected from Crayola.
disappointed December 6, 2009 Mrs. Joanne Downing I was disappointed when i received this product. It is listed as "gigantic" which it is not !! it also states that it has 160 pages which also it does not , it has 64 pages , admittedly , there are pics to colour on each side of the page but even 64 doubled does not make 160?
very , very disappointed amazon.
Good deal for younger kids November 18, 2009 duirsgrove 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is quite a good value colouring book from the name of Crayola. It's A4, double sided and has around 160 pictures to colour. The non-white paper wasn't a concern for us at all, after all they are going to be colouring over most of it. Most of the pictures are cartoon style, similar to the boy on the image here and of children, though we would have prefered there to be more scenes or animals included. At times some pictures seemed to be limited on what there was to colour, which seemed a bit of poor design but they are large and so good for younger children. On the whole, it's a good price for a big book to keep them busy and is child friendly and a way to avoid the excess of characterisation of goods whilst allowing children to do normal child things and keep of the DS.
