The 1.5 foot long Water Mortar uses a spring action and trigger to launch your water bomb from the 100 balloons supplied.

i've not had so much fun in a long time! if you make the balloons smaller then they go much further! i've had shots get up to about 8 feet from high places. practice aiming and get up high, you can soak so many unsuspecting people!
