bought this for my daughter. its very durable and cute (good size for a giggling dolly), and a massive treat for someone who is into the whole 'charlie and lola' thing. i found the giggle a little quiet, and the tag reads that once the batteries run out they are, obviously, irreplaceable. (life expectancy of the batteries is approx. 6 months)
wish they hadnt transfixed her eyes one way....a bit spooky, but on the whole quite nice. very safe for even little kids!

Might be me, but I expected a (silent) Charlie. He is not there, so "includes Lola" means "does not include Charlie" !
